"5  The  Hierophant  is  an  instrumental  experimental  band  from  London.
The band was formed around 2014 by Chris and Kali, shortly after joined
by  Mitch.  5  The  Hierophant  plays  an  eclectic  mixture  of  instrumental 
ritualistic soundscapes, a psychodelic fusion of anything from black metal
to  jazz  to  post  metal  and  ambient.    To  achieve  the  desired  oppressive
atmosphere  5 The Hierophant expanded their sound by bowed guitars,
violin, percussion, singing bowls, saxophone, and various tape loops and
samples. Between 2014-15 the band recorded their first studio material to
be released by Witching Hour Productions as a Digifile CD with booklet
